Pistachio and Saffron Brittle. I love experimenting and trying bold flavors. This Saffron brittle was delicious but made you take a step back while trying it because it was very unique compared to the brittle I am used to. Saffron has such a distinct bold flavor.

A Dolly Parton Christmas ✨
Soft and Chewy Sugar Cookies! They are delicious! Staying on with the Christmas theme. I made a lot of baked goods in the last week! I didn’t bake for a very long time and then Christmas comes and I go crazy. I baked seven things or so, some more are coming!

Last night’s dinner, all from Simple by Ottolenghi: Made chickpeas & Swiss card with yogurt, cucumber & lamb’s lettuce salad and spiced “shepherd’s pie” with Lima bean crust. Very very good meal!
