What’s your favorite dessert? I made these for my boyfriend to celebrate with him. Cookie bars are his favorite and I can see why. They are rich and thick to eat. I also used Dark Muscovado, which is a type of dark brown sugar but has a deeper and bolder taste. Just imagine biting into a bold thick cookie. What’s not to love?
