I have come to love decorating sugar cookies. They are so fun to create a new theme every season or holiday. Of course, coinciding with spring I made Peter Rabbit and easter cookie cutter sugar cookies. I used the same recipe I used for my Disney Cookies and brought them home. They were a hit with my family! The cream cheese in the recipe gives the perfect tang to the cookies. Both of the cookie cutter sets are from William Sonoma.
